Science-driven e-Infrastructure Innovation (SEI) for the Enhancement of Transnational, Interdisciplinary and Transdisciplinary Data Use in Environmental Change (SEI 2018)

This Collaborative Research Action (CRA) sought initiatives well positioned to bring together environmental, social and economic scientists with data scientists, computational scientists, and e-infrastructure and cyber-infrastructure developers and providers for a shared goal: to solve methodological, technological and/or procedural challenges facing interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary environmental change research that involves working with large, diverse and transnational, multi-source data.    The SEI CRA closely linked research thinking and technological innovation toward accelerating the full path of discovery-driven data use and open science, with the objective of enabling a broader scientific community to benefit from the identified new and potentially disruptive demonstrators or pilots toward solutions.   This CRA was launched in 2018 and ended in 2023. It was supported by:
